Elevate the mechanical and roleplay experience on your server with One Towing & Winch System. This resource introduces an immersive, dual-method vehicle recovery dynamic. Whether your players prefer physical, synchronized raycast towing or realistic, interactive cable winch mechanics, this script delivers top-tier performance and visual precision.

🌟 Key Features

  • 🔄 Hybrid Towing Mechanics Offers two distinct styles of vehicle management: a physical attaching system for trailers/flatbeds and an advanced native rope winch system.
  • 🎯 Smart Dynamic Interacting (ox_target) Say goodbye to cluttered target menus. The interaction options update dynamically based on the vehicle's current status—showing "Tow" only when empty and automatically shifting to "Untow" when a vehicle is attached.
  • 🔌 Framework Agnostic & Auto-Detect Out-of-the-box native integration for both QBCore and ESX Frameworks. It automatically detects and binds to your active core object.
  • 🧵 Native Advanced Rope Physics Features realistic rope anchoring utilizing native GTA V physics structures, seamlessly synchronizing rope states across all nearby network clients.
  • 🎮 In-Game Instructional Buttons Implements clean, immersive GTA-styled Scaleform instructional buttons at the bottom of the screen to guide players through rope controls and winch operations.
  • ⚡ Optimized Performance Engineered with efficiency in mind. Raycasts, loops, and bone evaluations run only when interacting, keeping resource idle footprint at a clean 0.00ms.

🕹️ Dual Functionality Breakdown

1. Mechanical Towing Mode

Players can initiate a specialized precision raycast selection mode. First, select the authorized flatbed or service utility truck, then point and select the target vehicle. If the vehicles are correctly positioned, they attach securely using genuine relative offset rotations.

2. Realistic Winch Rope Mode

Walk up to any configured vehicle and physically pull out a heavy-duty winch cable. Walk the line over to a broken-down vehicle to hook it up. Once connected, drivers can step into the cabin and physically control the winch mechanism to wind or lock the cable length safely.

📝 Technical Specifications & Config Options

The script includes an extremely flexible, fully exposed configuration file (config.lua) letting you modify:

  • Target Systems Supported: Full compatibility with both ox_target and qb-target.
  • Job Restrictions: Toggle requirements to restrict usage exclusively to specific jobs (e.g., mechanic, police).
  • Vector Positioning: Custom relative definitions (vector3) to assign precise anchor points where the winch cable spawns on different car models.
  • Vehicle Filters: Whitelist specific models authorized to act as tow trucks, or open the functionality up to all server vehicles.

🛠️ Dependencies

  • ox_target or qb-target
  • qb-core or es_extended (Optional - can run standalone using native notifications)

📦 Package Includes

  • cl_main.lua (Completely structured, clean, and un-optimized client logic)
  • sv_main.lua (Secure server callbacks and StateBag sync handlers)
  • config.lua (Fully accessible, escrow-ignored settings file)
